Tag Your Bike - Bike Room Inventory

It’s that time again when The Board takes inventory of the bicycles in the Bike Room.

Every five years, we want to make sure that all bikes in the Bike Room are tagged and identified with an apartment unit on it. Currently, the Bike Room is at capacity with a majority of bikes unidentified: no tags/ flat tires/ & possibly derelict. Unfortunately, Bike owners who elected to identify their bike with masking tape or clips have worn off. The goal of this exercise is to find space for new residents that want to hang up their bike. Also to note, the Bike Room is solely for bikes and pumps - all other items are subject to removal.

NEXT STEPS:

Kindly see our superintendent Granit for a yellow or red bike tag and put your apartment unit on it and attach it to your bike in a visible location.

If you already have a well identifiable tag on your bike, please check that is still the case and marked with your apartment number. Some of us have used luggage tags in the past.

DEADLINE:

After October 31st, all bikes not identified will be relocated from the bike room.

All untagged/unclaimed bikes will be removed from the building November 15th.
