We wanted to share some updates and announcements before we send the official notice of our annual meeting:

Management Company Update

We are finalizing the agreement to transition to our new management company. We will share more information soon and discuss details at the Annual Meeting. 

Annual Meeting Save the Date

Our annual meeting is currently planned for Tuesday, June 2nd 2026. We will send the official notice when this has been confirmed. Please hold the date in the meantime. 

Board of Director Elections

We encourage all shareholders to volunteer for the board. All seven positions will be open for election. If you are interested in joining the board we request that all candidates please send an email to fiftyninepineapple@gmail.com by May 26th. Include a short bio (max 250 words) to introduce yourself to the building, with your full name and apartment number (a headshot/selfie picture is optional) with the understanding the bio will be shared digitally with all shareholders for election purposes and, if elected, the photo will be posted on our internal building website.
