How do I store my bicycle?
You may store you bike in one of two basement bike rooms. These rooms are located near the recycling bins. Your bike must be tagged with your apartment number and name. 59 Pineapple Street Corp. is not responsible for lost items. The Basement Storage Agreement form contains complete details and must be filled out by any tenant using the basement storage facilities.
How do I obtain basement storage?
You may request a basement storage cage from either the superindendant or the managing agent. The small bins are available for $25/month and the large bins are available for $50/month. This fee will be added to your monthly maintenance fee. Fill out the Basement Storage Agreement form and contact Adventure Properties for a storage area.
How do I sublet my apartment?
There is a policy in place that help our building regulate the number of sublet apartments. Please read the sublet policy for complete details on the rules and procedures.
How do I renovate my apartment?
An alteration agreement is required to make changes to the interior structure of your apartment. Any work being done to the electric, removing walls, or plumbing requires the approval of the board of directors. For more details please contact Adventure Properties.
What homeowner insurance do I need?
All residents of 59 Pineapple require basic homeowner insurance.
How do I arrange a board interview?
The potential purchaser of your apartment requires an interview with the board of directors. Normally these interviews are scheduled before or after monthly board meetings. Please contact the management company for scheduling details.
How do I reserve the roof deck for a party?
For a group of 10 or more, please deposit $500 to Adventure Properties with your party date and time.
For a group of 10 or less, no need for a deposit, but please abide by the roof deck rules.
