Spring Updates

Dear Community, 

As some of you may know, we have been in the process of hiring a new superintendent. Vini alerted us of his desire to move on from the building at the end of last year and we have been diligently seeking a new superintendent. Vini has been generously continuing his part-time service to our building in the meantime.

We have recently hired someone new who will begin as our live-in super in May 2024. We look forward to introducing him to everyone in the coming weeks. 

We are also in consultation with an architect for evaluation of the roof and needed repair as our investment in infrastructure capital improvements continues as we enter the warmer months. Additionally, we are looking into more long term forms of digital communication and management that will provide further transparency in the coming year. 

We appreciate everyone who came together during the recent earthquake to check in with neighbors in the hallway when we were uncertain of what was occurring!
