Roof Access this 4th of July

ROOF ACCESS 4th OF JULY

With the upcoming 4th of July celebration upon us, we would like to remind all residents of the following:

• No private roof top parties can be arranged or reserved for the 4th of July

• Residents are permitted access to the roof

• As a safety precaution, all residents are reminded to keep the noise level to a minimum and be considerate of neighbors in the building as well as residents in neighboring buildings

• There will be a non-negotiable closing of the roof deck at 10PM

• Smoking is prohibited and no bottles are permitted on the roof deck

• All garbage and personal belongings should be collected prior to leaving

Board members are expected to be present and reserve the right to ensure these guidelines are being followed. This may include limiting the number of residents on the roof at one time. It is in the interest of all concerned to keep our building safe and secure. Thank you for your cooperation.
