Laundry Room - Deep Clean Scheduled

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that the laundry room will be closed on Monday April 14th from 7am-2pm for a deep cleaning of our washing machines. We apologize for any inconvenience but hope this improves their functionality and cleanliness for future washes! We plan do do this deep cleaning on a more regular basis but appreciate your help in taking steps to minimize mold and caretake our shared appliances and laundry room.

Some tips:

• Use the appropriate detergent and the minimum amount recommended

• Liquid detergent only in the top dispensers. If using other forms of detergent they should go into the basin with your clothes

• Leave the door open after wash completed to help air circulation and minimize mold growth

• Check and wipe the rubber seal for any hair or debris left after your wash

• Paper Towels are kept above our new sink for your use in cleaning up after yourself

• Please wipe up any messes including checking for leftover soap in the dispenser drawer

• Our new sink is also a larger basin for your convenience with hand wash items and other clean up needs
