Fire in Building Update

We had a fire in the building this Sunday, October 2nd.
Management have been working quickly and diligently with the FDNY, our insurance company and utilities companies to secure the building and get us back up and running. Power and hot water have been restored to all units and the elevator is operational.
Next steps will include a visit by the insurance claims adjuster, followed by more substantial repairs and cleaning. More information will be shared as it becomes available. In the meantime, it is recommended that all residents affected by Sunday's events take pictures, reach out to their individual insurance providers and keep any and all receipts.
Additionally, all packages should be picked up from the package room and please check your storage units for any damage - water damage especially.
