Emergency Water Shutdown - Water Restored 12:25PM

Dear Neighbors,

Thanks to those of you who reached out as we were also made aware of the impact the water shutdown had building wide while some of us were working from home today. Hearing from management, our plumber was performing the repair on the D line when he had to do an emergency shutdown of the water to the entire building.

All water has been restored to the building this afternoon as the repair has been completed.

Please run your taps for a while either now or when you return home today as there may be some initial water pressure issues and brown water coming through the lines due to this repair. All lines or at least those reporting from H/I/J lines have also been affected as the whole building ended up having a temporary water shut down. Please reach out to management if you continue to have any issues with hot or cold water restoration in your bathroom and kitchen areas.
