Emergency Prep - Backup Key Check

We want to ensure the superintendent has access to all apartments in the event of an emergency or lost keys in case of safety concerns or fire alarms. The fire department has broken down doors in the past, and we would like to prevent this from occurring when possible.

The week of January 26th, our superintendent Granit along with a board member will be checking our backup keys on everyone's apartment door to make sure we have accurate keys available.

This will take place over two days and they will knock before trying the keys. This will be a quick door access check. If the key backup we have is not functional, we will be in touch with the unit shareholder/tenant in a followup.

If you know you need to share an updated key or have any concerns due to animals in the apartment, etc. please be in touch with the Board (fiftyninepineapple@gmail.com) and Granit (super59pineapple@gmail.com) before the week of January 26th.
