Emergency Hot Water Shut Off

Hi Neighbors,

Hot water will be turned off to the entire building, today, Wednesday, September 4th

from 3:30-5:30 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

All cold water is now available to all apartments in the building.

Due to this major surgery in our water lines, you may notice a change in water pressure, sediment or brown water in your pipes. Please run your water for 10 minutes once fully restored. If you have issues, the faucet filter in your kitchen, bathroom and even shower/tub may be affected by this sediment build up. Please reach out to management and our superintendent can be available to help.

We are seeking to get this work done as soon as possible and apologize for the noise and water disturbance but hope to have it all completed by Friday.

Tomorrow, September 5th, cold water will be available to all apartments.

Tomorrow, hot water will be turned off on the GHIJ lines.
