Elevator Out of Service - This Week

Our elevator will be out of service today, November 11th through Friday, November 15th.

To All Building Residents:

As you may be aware, the building elevator is currently producing an excessive amount of vibration which in turn is producing excessive noise for many residents.  To correct this the elevator motor will need to be removed, taken off site to a machine shop, repaired, and reinstalled.  The expected length of time for this repair is approximately 1 week.

The work is scheduled to begin this Monday, November 11th and completed by Friday, November 15th.

We understand this will be an inconvenience to all residents accessing the basement as well as upper floor residents who will need to use the stairs.

We advise all residents to please plan accordingly and apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and cooperation while this important work takes place.
