Boiler Issues

Please put on an extra sweater this morning!

Due to the cold conditions, our boiler was changed over from gas to oil this morning. We appear to be having issues with the oil side of our boiler system with a smoke factor that has led the FDNY to be called to the building. Due to the smoke, the FDNY has turned off our boiler temporarily. We then need a moment to reset the system and clear the air before we can manually reset to gas. We are working to resolve this issue and had tested the oil system earlier in the week for this reason - knowing the cold forecasted - with no issues at that time. We appreciate your patience and hope to have an update and heating fully restored later today. Our superintendent Granit is at the building dealing with this issue, please reach out to him or Adventure Properties for more information. As it is the weekend, they are attending to this problem on their day off over a long weekend, so please be considerate of their time as we look to restore service as soon as possible.
