Basement Elevator Access

Basement Access via the elevator will reopen Wednesday, March 19th after 2pm!

We are excited to share our newly redone basement this week. Thanks to those who offered a helping hand during this time. We appreciate everyone's patience. We have a few more updates coming and will be moving around some of the organics, recycling, shredding placements in the weeks ahead. We'll update you more on this.

Shredding services will now be located in the same area as the rest of our sanitation separation.

We also want to remind you to separate your food waste into the brown bins provided as this will be enforced along with our regular requirements for recycling separation moving forward.

Food waste and food-soiled paper separation from trash is now mandatory CITYWIDE.

All NYC residents will be subject to fines starting April 1, 2025.
