Basement Access Update - Extended

Neighbors,

Due to more extensive needs than first anticipated with our added process of floor grinding in addition to epoxy painting of the floors which requires 24 hours to dry, Basement Access will need to be restricted until Wednesday of next week. Please see additional access restrictions below.

Access Restrictions:

• Saturday & Sunday: (all day)

• The right side and exit door from the basement will be closed—no access.

• Monday to Wednesday:

• Work starts at 5 PM each day.

• Monday & Tuesday:

• No access from the elevator to the basement (all day)

• Residents can enter the laundry room from the outside stair entrance.

• Wednesday:

• Restrictions will be lifted once the work is complete.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and the dust activating our fire alarms on Wednesday night. This has been a learning process for all of us and we appreciate your understanding and patience in this building improvement - additional plastic and sealing has been added for ameliorating the process' affect on the rest of the building.
