Attn: Basement Closures Next Week

Our superintendent Granit will be painting and revitalizing our basement floors and walls next week.
Work will take place from Wednesday March 12th through Monday March 17th 2025.
Basement access will be restricted in the evenings so please keep this in mind as you make your trash, recycling and laundry plans this weekend.
Wednesday & Thursday
No access after 6pm on the left side from the elevator through the storage room.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
No access after 6pm on the right side of the elevator to our recycling area.
Access will be available during the day while the work is taking place. The evening closure will allow the work to be done in off hours and allow the drying process to occur with hopefully minimal interference.
