For a group of 10 or more, please deposit $500 to Adventure Properties with your party date and time. If all rules are abided by and no damage is evident, your deposit will be returned to you following the event.

For a group of 10 or less, no need for a deposit, but please abide by the roof deck rules.

During a reserved event, the roof deck is still open and shared with Building tenants. Before accessing the roof, please confirm that you have signed and submitted a release waiver with Adventure Properties.
