Building Heat Down - and It's Back!

Many of you may have been feeling the chill in the air this past weekend. After reaching out to the superintendent and management about the lack of heat in multiple apartments despite the low overnight temperatures, we heard back today that the boiler is down. Management has said that they are working on getting a boiler mechanic to the building. They have someone available tomorrow morning and are still trying to get someone out tonight. Hopefully, this will be remedied soon and we can all be a bit warmer tomorrow.

If you ever notice that your heat is not on and you are especially cold in your apartment please reach out to management and also alert the board of any heating issue you encounter so we can keep a record of these instances in the future and address them as soon as possible.
