Annual Shareholders Meeting

Our Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on May 16, 2024, at 6:30PM.  

You should have received an email with the following:

- Official Notice of Annual Meeting

- Cover Letter with a more in-depth description of the Annual Meeting

- recently revised House Rules and Sublet Policy

These documents will also be available on our website. Shareholders will receive the same communication on a hard copy in the mail, as required by Bylaws - it was mailed by Management on May 2nd.

We encourage all shareholders to volunteer for the board and would especially encourage anyone with financial knowledge and expertise. We have at least three board members stepping down this year including our current treasurer and president.

If you are interested in joining the board we request that all candidates please submit a short bio (max 250 words) to introduce themselves to the building with full name and apartment number (a headshot/selfie picture is optional) to fiftyninepineapple@gmail.com with the understanding that it will be shared digitally with all shareholders for election purposes and, if elected, on our internal building website.

Please notify us of your intention and send a little intro to us by May 7th for distribution so we can prepare the ballots ahead of the meeting as much as possible. If you're still deciding to volunteer in the coming weeks and have any questions about what it's like to be on the board, please reach out. You're very welcome to volunteer for the board up until the election on May 16th.
